Brewtools MiniUni Pressure Kit Pressure kit for the MiniUni™ series gives you full control over the fermentation and carbonation process. It features a custom designed composite 4" food grade TC top with a Brewtools designed stainless steel mini plunger valve, a pressure gauge and our stainless steel ball locks for gas and liquid.
