Recipe Kit 20L is for those who have a Brewer or other brewing equipment for crushed malt. You´ll learn how to brew good beer from scratch with real wholegrain malts, hops, yeast and water. The recipe is on 20 liters and gives about 56st 33CL beer.

A Light and crispy Lager with the classic Sorache Ace Hops!

Recipe Kit Japanese Crispy Rice Lager 4.4% 20L contains:

- malt (crushed): Pilsner, puffed rice.
- Hops: Sorache Ace
- Torrhumling : No
- Yeast: Special Lager yeast for room temperature
- Clearer: Protafloc
- lactic acid for pH adjustment
Caps:  Bottle caps are included
Brewing manual and recipe ( Grainfather XML file is available on request)
Contains malt.

How long does it take?
The brewing takes 3-4 hours. Then it should be fermented for 2 weeks, then the beer and bottle can be bottled for another 1-2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is completed to be enjoyed!

What equipment do I have to have at home?
Bridge (20l or more) or other bridge equipment for crushed malt, saucepan / lacquer 10-20L, Slev, powdered sugar, containers 1-2L, spice and decilititis, bottle fillers, disinfectants, capsules, yeast with and without tap. Brown empty bottles (about 28st 33CL per 10 liters of beer) are only needed when the beer is to be bottled 14 days after the brew day.
