This duotight 8mm (5/16") adaptor is designed to suit the Nukatap Mini and will allow couple your Nukatap mini to a wide range of other 8mm(5/16") duotight fittings or alternatively be able to attach to a Duotight Flow Control Ball Lock Disconnect. This particular type of flow control ball lock disconnect includes a "tang" at the top of the push in fitting that couples with this adaptor.  The combination of the two fittings prevents the tap spinning around while in use. Note: kit contains no Nukatap or ball lock disconnect.

Spare part. This is a safety device for KL06972 Mini Keg Tapping Head Kits. It has a 1/4" BSP threaded bottom to Cornelius Pressure Relief Valve thread type on top.

Most conventional beer taps are designed with 10mm diameter nozzle/spout so you can pour pint in just over 10sec.  This type of flow rate is great for high turnover bars and commercial venues but this high flow rate requirement is not not necessary or desirable for all applications.  For compact portable systems, or for home brew draft systems a slower flow rate is easier to control the flow and further reduces foaming issues due to the low liquid volume stored in the tap body.  This Nukatap mini is also more idea for pouring smaller doses.  For examples cocktails where 150-250ml of liquid is dispensed is difficult to control with a high flow rate tap.  For portable systems this tap and FC ball lock disconnect assembly is small enough to literally put in your pocket making it ideal for mini keg setups that you want to be portable or that you want to easily fit inside a domestic fridge where space is tight.

This tapping head (Hydra) with PCO38-thread fits the 4L, 8L and 20L PET Oxebar mini kegs from Kegland. The tapping head is designed to fit standard ball lock disconnects making it an inexpensive solution for draft beer and bringing beer anywhere. The Bucket Blaster from Kegland is a great way to get your kegs, fermenters, fermzilla, carboy's or other brewery gear clean while you attend to other tasks. Take the work out of cleaning cornelius kegs, carboys and brewing vessels with the bucket blaster. Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitiser, set a keg or carboy on over the jet nozzle, power up pump and let the keg washer do the work.  This unit comes with a 15L bucket which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system.  Some other keg washers come with a very small reservoir making it a pain to move, liquid spils over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well.  This unit has a large 15L bucket making it much less likely for you to spil liquid on your floor. This is a EPDM 5/8 Washer which is suitable for Keg Couplers and Tap Shanks. (10 Pack) - 15mm ID x 21.5mm OD x 3mm. This kit has been designed for simplicity and ease of putting together. If you want to control the pressure retained in a pressure vessel that is releasing pressure then the BlowTie Diaphram Spunding Valve is the tool for the job. The adjustment knob on the top of the unit makes it easy to increase and decrease the set pressure. This BlowTie unit can be easily disassembled for cleaning using a Phillips head screwdriver. Instructions:Use the yellow adjustment knob to control the pressure coming out of the pressure vessel.  Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure.We would recommend gassing a keg to a known pressure e.g. 15psi then attach your Blow Tie Kit to the keg and adjust to 10psi. Pressure TransfersWhen transferring from keg to keg, keg to bottle, or fermenter to keg it's often a good idea to have head pressure in the keg you are filling into especially if you are transferring a beverage that is carbonated. For this reason the BlowTie can consistently control this head pressure giving you more consistent results and without losing carbonation in the process. Traditional spunding valves that use a simple spring against a seal are flawed right from the beginning as the physical aspects of the design dictate that you will have a significant difference between the opening pressure and closing pressure during operation.  Brewers have tolerated this imperfection for long enough and now you can control these pressures far more accurately.The BlowTie has been made completely differently taking advantage of a diaphragm to actuate the sealing mechanism that will release pressure from the pressure vessel with much more accurate control pressure.
