Why do we use Double O-rings?The secret to our superior sealing performance is not just the fact that we use high quality EPDM o-rings but also use two of them.  The double o-ring means we literally have twice the sealing surface surface when compared with other push in fittings.  This makes our fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly. The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues.  This typically can be an issue with other fittings.  This combination of factors makes duotight fittings the most reliable push fit fittings on the market. Gas Manifold - CO2 Manifold 5-Way 1/4" MFL - can be used to connect several kegs to a CO2 cylinder. The Bucket Blaster from Kegland is a great way to get your kegs, fermenters, fermzilla, carboy's or other brewery gear clean while you attend to other tasks. Take the work out of cleaning cornelius kegs, carboys and brewing vessels with the bucket blaster. Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitiser, set a keg or carboy on over the jet nozzle, power up pump and let the keg washer do the work.  This unit comes with a 15L bucket which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system.  Some other keg washers come with a very small reservoir making it a pain to move, liquid spils over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well.  This unit has a large 15L bucket making it much less likely for you to spil liquid on your floor. This is a EPDM 5/8 Washer which is suitable for Keg Couplers and Tap Shanks. (10 Pack) - 15mm ID x 21.5mm OD x 3mm. This kit has been designed for simplicity and ease of putting together. If you want to control the pressure retained in a pressure vessel that is releasing pressure then the BlowTie Diaphram Spunding Valve is the tool for the job. The adjustment knob on the top of the unit makes it easy to increase and decrease the set pressure. This BlowTie unit can be easily disassembled for cleaning using a Phillips head screwdriver. Instructions:Use the yellow adjustment knob to control the pressure coming out of the pressure vessel.  Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure.We would recommend gassing a keg to a known pressure e.g. 15psi then attach your Blow Tie Kit to the keg and adjust to 10psi. Pressure TransfersWhen transferring from keg to keg, keg to bottle, or fermenter to keg it's often a good idea to have head pressure in the keg you are filling into especially if you are transferring a beverage that is carbonated. For this reason the BlowTie can consistently control this head pressure giving you more consistent results and without losing carbonation in the process. Traditional spunding valves that use a simple spring against a seal are flawed right from the beginning as the physical aspects of the design dictate that you will have a significant difference between the opening pressure and closing pressure during operation.  Brewers have tolerated this imperfection for long enough and now you can control these pressures far more accurately.The BlowTie has been made completely differently taking advantage of a diaphragm to actuate the sealing mechanism that will release pressure from the pressure vessel with much more accurate control pressure.
